New Resolve...

Jason, Kent, and I all decided we needed to lose weight. So, this has given me the new resolve that I needed to get back on my plan and stay there till I'm at where I want to be (size-wise and weight-wise. I've lost about 18 lb.s so far, since giving birth to Allie, and I'd like to lose about 20 more. So, they say writing things down helps you keep your goals so, I'm writing it down. We all have set a date of Feb 22nd, 2008 to be down about 10 -15 lb.'s. (We're headed to Vegas then so, that's the doomsdate.) I'll have to be accountable and report on our progress or at least mine anyway so, that I can get some support and I feel like I'm being accountable to someone. If anyone would like to join our joint effort, feel free. New Year's resolutions are just around the corner, why not start a little early?
Any ideas of fun workouts to try?

jump roping an HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) are two of the best cardio exercises out there to shred the pounds.

I'm working on losing weight as well. I've lost about 15 pounds since September. I have a great lady who's on the BYU channel that I work out with. If you have the BYU channel, it's called Total Body Workout. I will work on this with you. It's good to have someone to report to.
