This is how a heart breaks

Ellyse's school had a Christmas Chaos, aka, 5th grader's make things to sell to the other kids at school to raise funds. E took her own hard earned money to school that day and came home with these.

A new pandy for herself, some cotton candy,

And a bracelet for mommy. Her first real gift that she bought for me without being told to buy it. Heaven help me. What a sweet heart!

Sitting at the dinner table, I asked said sweetheart what she spent her money on. She explained, my heart broke into pieces, and then Jason pipes up and says well, what'd you get for me? Quickly, she said she was to share her cotton candy with him.
