So this week I've been really hitting it hard so to speak as far as watching what I eat and making sure to exercise and guess what?! As of today, I've lost 2 lb.s! I was a little shocked when the numbers came up but, here's to hoping anyway! Hopefully, I'll be able to keep it up and lose the 10-15 that I want to! Yay!
