Ellyse’s 16th birthday!

Lesee Lou turned 16! We found this beauty of a car for her from some very generous neighbors. Yet another example of prayer working. It’s a 2000 Buick Century. It’s a great 1st car and we’re lucky to have found her. Ellyse named her Tyra AKA Tyranasoraus the T in the “T-Rex” group of friend’s cars. Claire’s car is Rex and Ellie’s car is dash. Tryranosauras dash Rex. Get it? 

The Rona didn’t stop us from celebrating but we did take measures to avoid sharing the virus. We measured everyone’s temperatures before entering, we wrapped things individually and had hand sanitizer available. They stayed outside until dark playing games and opening presents until the dark. It turned out great! The adults tried to scare the teenagers with some of Jason's Halloween masks but I think they all played cool or at least tried to okay it cool and didn’t get scared. Bummer. 

See what we did there? I didn’t get a 6 candle and 16 little candles in a Kristy Kreme Donut was overkill. 

So super grateful for this kid right here! Our life would be boring and dull without our Lesee! It’s hard to believe she’s 16!
